Where we ship
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and India.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They can vary by destination and product, and larger items may take longer. Carrier delays, customs processing and other events outside our control can also affect delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside our country of dispatch may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your local authorities or the carrier. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take a day or two to update after you receive it.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change an address before the order ships.
Lost, damaged or delayed orders
If your order is lost, damaged or arrives late, contact us with your order number and we’ll help resolve it.
Order changes and cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help before the order ships, but we can’t change an order once it’s in transit.
