Returns & Refunds
At BuyBeed, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
