Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Please contact us through our Contact page or at abheywaraich@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We’ll confirm the return details with you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to show the refund.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
United Kingdom customers
If you are in the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Where this applies, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery as required by law.
